🔸Hatha Yoga is considered gentle by modern standards, its physicality, which has always included breathwork and postures, may have qualified it as a strong practice by contemporary measures or in comparison to more meditative practices. Hatha may also have referred to the forceful effects felt in the body.
🔸Inside Flow is a practise where you move your body with rhythm of the songs. It also represent an evolution of vinyasa yoga. In the class we will practise yoga alignment how we should move elegant from one asana pose to another asana poses. We have variety types of songs to let you flow such as powerful, energetic, romantic and emotional.
Terms & Comditions applied as below:
🔸1 course pass = 1 regular class for group class.
🔸 Class will be cancelled if students number are less than 3 paxs. Course will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸Course package ACTIVE valid for 15 days from the 1st booked class.
🔸Book a class at least 2 hours before the class.
🔸 Cancellation at latest 2 hours before class and get course refunded.
Late cancellation, no-shows or unused within validity period, course would be deemed utilized.
🔸For INACTIVE course package is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days it will auto Active and validity for 15 days from the date active.
🔸Validation of the credit is 30 days and it not allowed to extend under any circumstances. If after 30 days if there is unused credit it will auto deemed utilized.
🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be communicated via EMAIL. It is your responsibility to check your email before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.
