Aerial Mellow Pilates is a type of Pilates that incorporates the use of aerial silks or hammocks to perform various exercises and movements. It is similar to traditional mat Pilates, but with lower height level of hammock and the added element of being suspended in the air, which challenges the body in new ways.
In aerial mellow Pilates, the fabric hammock is used as a tool to support and stabilize the body during exercises, providing an extra challenge to the core and other muscle groups. The hammock can also be used to deepen stretches and increase flexibility.
Some of the benefits of aerial Pilates include improved core strength, enhanced flexibility, improved balance and coordination, and reduced stress on the joints. It can also be a fun and challenging way to mix up a traditional Pilates routine.
Aerial Mellow Pilates class 1 course package is 4 classes for RM 88 (FLASH PROMO). This course package is fixed for aerial mellow pilates class on every FRIDAY 9:00AM only and not allowed class replacement.
📌 Note: Please bring a pair of clean socks for every class.
📌Dresscode: Sportwear short or long sleeve top and bottom with long pants.

🔸For NEW registration member fees is RM 30. (Please add on registration fee when first time purchase course package.) registration fee is one time payment only.
🔸1 courses package = 4 regular group classes.
🔸 Class will be cancelled if students number are less than 3 paxs. Course will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸Course package ACTIVE valid for 30 days from the 1st booked class.
🔸Book a class at least 2 hours before the class.
🔸Cancellation at latest 2 hours before class and get course refunded.
Late cancellation, no-shows or unused within validity period, course would be deemed utilized.
🔸For INACTIVE course package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days course package it will auto Active directly.
🗓️Validation of 1 course package is 30 days, it's not allowed to extend expired date under any circumstances. After 30 days if there is unused credit course it will auto forfeit.
🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be communicated via EMAIL. It is your responsibility to check your email before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.
