🔸Aerial Yoga is a form of exercise that combines traditional yoga with the use of special hanging straps and strips of fabric to support you off the ground. Aerial yoga is a middle height and a complementary workout that targets different muscles. In the class we will practise how to build up your strengths and flexibility. It is suitable for no experience or experience yogis.
🔸Aerial Mellow combines the elements of pilates training. It focuses more on training students' core balance, strengthening core training, training concentration, and training muscle strength.
Note: Please bring a pair of clean socks for every class.
Dresscode: Sportswear - long yoga pants & long / short sleeve yoga shirt.
Terms & Comditions applied as below:
🔸1 courses pass = 1 hour per class in group class.
🔸Once purchased credit pass it not allowed to refund under any circumstances.
🔸 Class will be cancelled if students number are less than 3 paxs. Course will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸Course package ACTIVE valid for 15 days from the 1st booked class.
🔸Book a class at least 2 hours before the class.
🔸 Cancellation at latest 2 hours before class and get course refunded.
Late cancellation, no-shows or unused within validity period, course would be deemed utilized.
🔸For INACTIVE course package is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days it will auto Active and validity for 15 days from the active date.
🔸Validation of the credit is 15 days and it's not allowed to extend under any circumstances. If after 15 days if there is unused credit it will auto deemed utilized.
🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be communicated via EMAIL. It is your responsibility to check your email before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.
