Hatha Yoga is considered gentle by modern standards, its physicality, which has always included breathwork and postures, may have qualified it as a strong practice by contemporary measures or in comparison to more meditative practices. Hatha may also have referred to the forceful effects felt in the body.
Hatha Yoga class 1 course is 4 regular group classes for RM 120 (validation for 30 days). Its also allowed to replace in mat pillates only.
Dresscode: Sportwear ( short / long yoga pant & shirt)
Things ro bring in class: Yoga Mat, water bottle, small towel and clean socks.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AS BELOW:
🔸For NEW registration member fees is RM 30. (Kindly add on registration fee when first time purchase course package.) Registration fee is one time payment only.
🔸Class will auto cancellation If number of students booking less than 3 pax. Credit will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸For Inactive course package validation for 30 days from the date purchased. if after 30 days course package it will auto Active directly.
🔸Please reserve or cancel your slot for the class before 2 hours the class starts. Late cancellatio, no-show or unused within validity period, credit would be deemed utilized.
🗓️Validation expired of 1 course is 30 days NO extension is allowed. After 30 days it will automatic forfeited if there are unused classes.

🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be informed via Email! It is your responsibility to check your email frequently before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take any responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.
