Dynamic Yoga Flow is an energizing and fluid yoga practice that links breath with continuous movement. The class guides students through a smooth sequence of poses, building strength, flexibility and body awareness while maintaining a steady rhythm. This practice gently elevates the heart rate, helping to improve stamina and focus, while releasing physical tension and mental stress. It's more energizing than Hatha or Gentle Flow. Dynamic Yoga Flow is ideal for those who enjoy movement and sweat, improving mobility and muscle tone and releasing stress through active flow.
Dynamic Yoga Flow class 1 course is 4 regular group classes for RM 120 (validation for 30 days). Its also allowed to replacement in Mat Pilates or Gentle Yoga Flow only.
Dresscode: Sportwear ( short / long yoga pant & shirt)
Things ro bring in class: Yoga Mat, water bottle, small towel and clean socks.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AS BELOW:
🔸For NEW registration member fees is RM 30. (Kindly add on registration fee when first time purchase course package.) Registration fee is one time payment only.
🔸Class will auto cancellation If number of students booking less than 3 pax. Credit will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸For Inactive course package validation for 30 days from the date purchased. After 30 days course package it will auto Active directly.
🔸Please reserve or cancel your slot for the class before 3 hours the class started. Late cancellation, no-show or unused within validity period, credit would be deemed utilized.
🗓️Validation expired of 1 course is 30 days NO extension is allowed. After 30 days it will automatic forfeited if there are unused classes.

🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be informed via Email! It is your responsibility to check your email frequently before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take any responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.
