Aerial Mellow is known as low altitude yoga. The height of the hammock  is below the knees. 
Aerial Mellow combines the elements of pilates training. It focuses more on training students' core balance, strengthening core training, training concentration, and training muscle strength. 10 minutes before get out of class ends, the instructor will perform some comfortable stretching exercises to relieve muscle soreness, release stress, and enhance spiritual energy. This class is suitable for students of all levels.

📌 NOTE: Please bring a pair of clean socks for the class.

Aerial Mellow Pilates class 1 course is 4 classes for RM 180. This course package available for Aerial Yoga Beginner, level 1, level 2 and aerial mellow pilates.

Its also allowed to replace class in Hatha Yoga, Inside Flow, Yoga wheel, mat Pilates and Pilates workout only.

Terms & Comditions applied as below:

🔸1 courses package = 4 regular group classes.

🔸For NEW Registration sign up member fees is RM30 (please add on registration fee when first times purchase course package.) Registration fee is 1 time payment only.

🔸Class will be cancelled if students number are less than 3 paxs. Course will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸Course package ACTIVE valid for 30 days from the 1st booked class.
🔸Book a class at least 2 hours before the class.
🔸 Cancellation at latest 2 hours before class and get course refunded. 
Late cancellation, no-shows or unused within validity period, course would be deemed utilized.
🔸For INACTIVE course package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be communicated via EMAIL. It is your responsibility to check your email before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.

🗓️Validation of 1 course package is 30 days, it's not allowed to extend expired date. After 30 days if there is unused credit course it will auto forfeit.
