Gentle Yoga Flow
A calming and beginner-friendly yoga class designed to release tension and restore balance in the body and mind. Move slowly through simple stretches and smooth transitions while focusing on mindful breathing. Perfect for those new to yoga, office workers with tight muscles, or anyone seeking a soothing break from the day. Props and modifications are provided to ensure comfort for every body. Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grounded.
Note: Please bring a pair of clean socks, drinking water, small towel and yoga mat for every class.
Dresscode: Sport active wear (Long pants recommended)
Terms & Conditions applied as below:
🔸1 credit pass = 1 hour regular group class.
🔸Once purchased the credit pass not allowed to refund under any circumstance.
🔸 Class will be cancelled if students number are less than 3 paxs. Course will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
🔸Course package ACTIVE valid for 15 days from the 1st booked class.
🔸Book a class at least 3 hours before the class starter.
🔸Class cancellation at latest 3 hours before class started and will be refund credit within 3 working days.
🔸Late cancellation, no-shows or unused within validity period, credit would be deemed utilized.
🔸For INACTIVE course package is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days it will auto Active and validity for 15 days from the active date.
🔸Validation of the credit is 15 days and it's not allowed to extend under any circumstances. After 15 days if there is unused credit it will auto deemed utilized.
🔸Please note that class cancellations will only be communicated via EMAIL. It is your responsibility to check your email before attending classes to avoid arriving for a cancelled session. We will not take responsibility if you fail to check your email and attend a cancelled class.

IMPORTANT : Credit pass is Not allowed to be shared or transferred or refund under any circumstances.
Only Instant Transfers are accepted. GIRO transfers will not be accepted and will result in the cancel lation of the transaction.
